Job Responsibilities:
- Program Development:
- Conceptualize, design, and run various skills development programs for adolescents and adults with special needs.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of professional teachers and special educators in implementing the programs.
- Strategic Interaction:
- Provide strategic inputs in interacting with various stakeholders, including parents, donors, and other NGOs, to share the work of the Foundation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of disabilities.
- Good communication skills.
- A degree in Autism, Intellectual Disability, or MSW will be preferable.
