Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize Recruitment Channels: Attract top talent through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Coordinate Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with HR and other departments.
- Monitor Recruitment Metrics: Report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background:Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in BFSI or IT industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- UG: B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E., B.Com in Any Specialization
- PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
- Skills:Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
