Responsibilities:
- Workforce Performance: Improve workforce performance and productivity, boost business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
- Payroll Process: Involvement in US/UK/International payroll process design.
- Shift Work: Willingness to work on multiple shifts, including extended shifts during payroll runs and alternate Sundays for bi-weekly payroll.
- Client Interaction: Engage with onshore SMEs, various client contacts at multiple levels, and client's employees.
- Office Tools: Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
Requirements:
- Client Payroll Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of payroll activities for assigned clients in the US payroll domain.
- Payroll Process Insight: Deep knowledge of payroll processes supported by Accenture across different geographies.
- Team Support: Act as an escalation and resolution point for team members regarding process-related queries.
- Process Metrics: Clear understanding of process metrics (SLA, OLA, KPI) and how they are measured. Ability to improve measurement systems for transparency and effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, understand associated risks, and develop mitigation plans. Highlight unmitigated risks to supervisors.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate issues and seek advice on complex problems.
- Documentation: Ensure progress, issues, and agreements are documented and acted upon.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing environments and support multiple clients as needed.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data, taking appropriate action.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential matters with maturity.
- Decision Making: Make judgmental decisions that directly influence customer satisfaction and expectations.
