Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Centered Work: Collaborate with Immigration Associates and Solicitors on UK immigration applications.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties to support the legal team’s efficiency.
- Information Management: Collect and collate information/documents from clients.
- Client Queries: Review and draft responses to client queries for senior caseworker review.
- Case Management: Update the case management system and manage folders.
- Document Drafting: Draft letters and legal documents.
- Legal Analysis: Review and analyze legal documents.
- Research: Conduct legal research.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Law degree required.
- Skills: Attention to detail, excellent communication, ability to learn visa processes, knowledge of firm and client processes, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
