Title: Regenerative Project Coordinator
Location: New Delhi, India

Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Planning, fundraising support, communication, report writing, resource, and budget coordination.
- Promotion of Regenerative Cotton Production:
- Engaging smallholder cotton farmers in adopting climate-smart and regenerative agricultural practices.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on greenhouse gas emissions, soil carbon sequestration, and other climate-related metrics.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborating with various stakeholders including farmers, NGOs, government agencies, etc., to coordinate regenerative agriculture initiatives.
- Knowledge Sharing and Capacity Strengthening:
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning among teams, partners, and farmers.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Supporting partners in monitoring and reporting of regenerative agriculture interventions.
- Fundraising Support:
- Assisting in preparing funding proposals.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in agriculture, environmental science, or related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years working with smallholder farmers in promoting regenerative agriculture.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of regenerative agriculture principles, data analysis, and communication skills. Fluency in English required, proficiency in local languages beneficial.
