Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Greet and direct clients and other visitors to the company in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
Process daily mail including sorting, scanning and assigning mail; Scan and email statements to Accounting and forward checks to the Lockbox; Distribute USPS, Express, and Hand delivered packages.
Prepare and apply postage to all outgoing mail, coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Forwards faxes by email to all employees and sends faxes to clients, etc.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Requirements and Qualifications:
Associates degree (good performance in any field of study) preferred; and one to three years of related experience in an receptionist/administrative role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrate ability to operate and manage a phone system
Technologically proficient, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur and Salesforce applications preferred

The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $22.50 - $25.20/Hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
