Required Qualification and skill & knowledge :
1.Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree, preference to people in relevant fields like- MSW, MA in sociology and past experience in NGO sectors.
2. Proven experience in program management within the NGO sector.
3. Excellent project management skills, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
4. Proficiency in English writing, speaking
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders..
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
7. Well command on computer work (Microsoft 365 version)
Required skill & knowledge :
1.Graduate or undergraduate , preference to experience in NGO sectors or any relevant fields.
2. Having interest to working and dealing with people with mental ill and community.
3. Group formation and strengthening experiences
4.Should have good communication skills
5. Ability to work in small team and flexible ways of working.
6. Reporting and follow up action points to address any issues identified.
