An Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative, IT and accounts (basic) support and managing their queries. Her/His main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g., expense and office budgets) and organizing IT equipment and vendor records.
Reports to the HR and Admin Manager:
• Administrative
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
• Maintain and update IT databases.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential organisation documents.
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Maintain a calendar and schedule appointments.
• Book meeting rooms as required.
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
• Arrange travel and accommodations.
• Schedule in-house and external events
• Filling of settlement forms and follow-up for all bills related to Chembur office, i.e., Electricity, water, tea, coffee, cleaning, stationery, miscellaneous, etc.
• Office maintenance including AC, plumbing, electrical, carpenter and cleaning for Chembur office.
• Scan documents as and when for Chembur office
• Refill stock for printing and stationery and maintain stock for Chembur office.
