1.)We want to add a bunch of creative coding ninjas to our team so that we can take our services to the next level and have a ton of fun on the way. We're looking for a senior frontend web developer who can lead the technology vertical at Drizzlin. Qualifications:

Be passionate about design and UI UX

2.)Excellent understanding of Web2.0 technologies such as HTML CSS AJAX MySQL PHP JavaScript frameworks (such as jQuery Backbone.js Node.js etc.) Facebook and Google APIs

3.)You should have a fundamental understanding of HTML and CSS principles. Just having created some interesting websites will not make the cut. You should be able to appreciate why HTML and CSS is written and organized the way it is Deep understanding of DOM XML and JSON

4.)You should have a thorough understanding of how to write optimized code. If presented with a design concept you should be able to translate it into optimized front end code following industry best practices.

5.)DUST LESS SCSS HAML SASS Grid layout Responsive design should mean something to you.

6.)Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw Illustrator and any of the prototyping tools is desirable. Basic knowledge of these tools is assumed.

7.)We do not expect you to be a genius at aesthetics but knowledge of science behind typography colors and layout will take you a long way.

Extras:

2 6 years of experience with a strong design portfolio. Experience does not matter to us as long as you can demonstrate a strong understanding. Sometimes college grads are able to do a much better job at engineering applications than people with several years of experience. Hence this is an extra.

8.)Understands version control preferably Git

9.)Be able to work well under deadlines and handle multiple competing tasks priorities and projects.

10.)Fluent communication skills and great attention to detail

11.)Possess strong Logical analytical and problem solving skills

12.)Be a highly motivated self starter who understands the start up culture and works accordingly

13.)Experience in Mobile Apps will be a big plus

You will be involved in:

Driving projects right from the conceptual stage till the execution

14.)Visualising complex user scenarios and provide simple and effective solutions keeping in mind the capabilities and limitations of technology

15.)Conducting Usability Tests with target audience and implement findings

16.)Creating wireframe navigation flows and pixel perfect visual designs and ensuring WYSIWYG.
