Job description:-

As an On-Field Marketing Manager at Rapture Holiday, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the companys travel services and enhance brand visibility

Your primary focus will be on implementing on-ground marketing initiatives, building relationships with partners, and driving customer engagement to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement on-field marketing plans to raise brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.

Identify target markets and segments, conduct market research, and analyze customer preferences to tailor marketing activities.

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, hotels, tourist attractions, and other relevant stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.

Conduct regular site visits, presentations, and training sessions to educate partners on Rapture Holidays offerings and strengthen partnerships.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, collect customer feedback, and analyze campaign performance.

Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify emerging trends and recommend strategic marketing actions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collaterals, content, and digital assets for on-field activities.

Manage and track budgets, expenses, and ROI for on-field marketing initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with partners and stakeholders.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Analytical skills to interpret data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic, field-based environment.
