Job description:-
Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company's objectives
Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and identify target audiences to guide marketing campaigns and activities
Brand Management: Assist in managing and maintaining the company's brand identity and brand guidelines
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and equity
Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print media, social media, and events
Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to develop creative campaign concepts, messaging, and content
Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, press releases, and sales collateral
Ensure content is aligned with the brand voice, messaging, and target audience
Digital Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising
Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to drive engagement and conversions
Brand Communication: Develop and implement brand communication plans to enhance brand awareness and reputation
Manage external communications, media relations, and public relations activities
Act as a brand spokesperson and represent the company in public-facing events or media interactions
Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Analyze marketing data and generate reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, and market opportunities
Provide insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies
Provide support in creating marketing materials, sales presentations, and promotional activities
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Previous experience in marketing, brand communication, or a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry or sector
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and communication strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing channels, content creation, and social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to craft compelling marketing content and messages
Proficiency in using marketing software and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media management tools
Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Creative mindset and ability to think strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
