Full Job Description:-
The Fellowship Recruitment Intern will have two primary roles:
Create a detailed sourcing plan - research new avenues to source applications for the Fellowship, and initiate action based on this research in the form of dialogues and partnerships.
Create pathways to engage with the high-potential registrations we get weekly at the Fellowship Recruitment Team.
The time commitment will concentrate on the recruitment cycle from June 2023 to August 2023. Our busiest cycle times are the two weeks preceding every application deadline.
You should plan to spend 18 to 20 hours a week (spent in the most strategic way possible).
This is a full-time, paid Summer internship Programme.
You will be sent a Letter of recommendation and Internship completion certificate from Technoledge on successful completion of the Internship.
You will also be exposed to the current reality and huge network of leaders in the development sector.

We identify and inspire thousands of potential Fellows on college campuses and from multiple career sectors to apply to and join Teach For India who continues the work that existing Fellows are doing.
Responsibilities:-
Engage with the high number of registrations from potentially high-quality candidates that we get every day. This could look like -Holding application support spaces for candidates
Outreach efforts towards getting more promising candidates to apply for the Fellowship
Plan outreach campaigns in colleges and corporates for the purpose of recruitment. Build necessary investment in Institution heads and Influencers to make the event a success.
Plan and execute events for a target audience in each deadline that will entail everything from conceptualizing the event to planning and executing it
