About L&T-SuFin:
- Extensive knowledge in Boiler pressure parts, Structure, Ducting, Burner Management system, commissioning and maintenance. In-process Inspection, Site Management, Schedule Planning, Health & Safety, Resource Coordination, Client and Contractor billing and MIS tracking, EPC Contractor Coordination, NDT activities DPT, RT & Heating Processes, Preparation & review of MIS reports, Preparation and analysis of Planned v/s Actual Progress Chart (S- Curve), Work Order Closure and MIS Generation.
- Rectifying tube leakages, in pressure parts: Water wall, coil bends.
- Capable to manage the customer with good relationship, Implementation of EHS & Quality Documents & procedures, Implementation of work related SOPs at site.
- Planning of periodic inspections to ensure smooth operation of Boiler/ erection schedule and pre-assembly of pressure parts, Duct, Structure etc.
- Preparation of boiler material record as per the drawings and initiate purchase of critical inventory.
- Maintenance of Burner management system, replacement of burner oil gun hoses and nozzles, Erection & Commissioning of burner management system and boiler house integral piping.
- Resolving issues, deviations; negotiate amicably as per the contract with Client and Contractor with project centric and cost effective approach.
- Liaising work with IBR authorities for preparation and submission of necessary documentation at IBR Office, Bhopal, MP. Site IBR inspections for Boiler pressure parts.
- Accountable for inspection of incoming material as per standard & specifications, participating in review meeting with contractors and coordinating with PMO / OEM for site modification and related activities.
- Engaging contractor, manpower & machineries as per the compliance with relevant health & safety guidelines while maintaining harmonious & industrial relation environment on site.
- Ensuring effective site management and discipline in coordination with planning team for safe & timely execution of the boiler erection works.
