Experience:-0 - 5 years

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to join our team in Gurgaon. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry in Gurgaon or 4 years of experience outside Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

1.)Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.

2.)Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

3.)Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

4.)Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

5.)Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.

6.)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.

7.)Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

8.)Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

9.)Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and legal guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry in Gurgaon or 4 years of experience outside Gurgaon.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales performance.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry practices.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Professional attitude with no mother tongue influence (MTI) issues.

Hunger to learn and grow in the real estate industry.

Compensation:

Salary: Up to 45,000 INR per month plus incentives.

Working Schedule:6 days working with Tuesday off.

Office hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Location:Gurgaon, Sector 74, and 48-49.
