Responsibilities & Key Deliverables To extend the corporate reach of Mand M with leading finance companies and insurance intermediaries based on their reach and strengths To liaise closely with financiers/ intermediaries to work out schemes and help drive retail sales through our dealerships. Relationship Management and Liaison with various Financiers ( NBFCs, Pvt Banks, Public Sector Banks, Rural and Coop Banks and our Group company MMFSL, MIBL) for Pan India to drive retail sales. To develop alternate channel of sourcing through online caigns on financiers' databases. System development related to retail sales on online platforms such as SYouVcom. Competitive analysis to evolve better retail financing strategy by looking at past trends, offers floated by other OEMs. Timely settlement of debit notes/ subvention claims by coordinating with financers and accounts department. Regular monthly MIS to monitor the performance of financers and keep a track of their contribution to volume growth and sharing the same with senior management. Internal team capability building- working closely with sales and MMD teams. To keep abreast with latest developments in finance field and extracting benefits for implementation in the business. Providing solutions related to retail finance at the Area Office by efficient coordination. Portfolio diversification with respect to dependency on financiers and complementary offering Preferred Industries Finance and account Sales Education Qualification MBA; Masters in Commerce; Bachelors of Commerce; MBA in Finance; Masters in Commerce in Finance General Experience 6-11 years of relevant experience.
