In general also, there is not much awareness in our country about following cleanliness in daily life. Now it has become very important to be careful in this matter.

Today, due to globalization, we all have come in contact with people of different countries and cultures for business, at that time, due to lack of knowledge about the basic things of personal hygiene, if we come in contact with people of some country or culture, then due to our misunderstanding and ignorance, we Unknowingly we hurt the sentiments of the people. In some cases, due to our rude behavior, some people do not even like to work with us, and due to this there are possibilities of loss in our business as well.

Unfortunately, we do not get any training in manners and etiquettes (manners and manners) for how to behave with people and in the presence of other people. Now-a-days it has been taught in the schools, but earlier we did not get any such training, so we do not even know that people of other culture feel bad because of our behavior.

Now-a-days, shaking hands has become less in the Corona period, but if such a situation arises, then there are some things to keep in mind in the etiquette of the beginning.

Take care that our hands are clean while shaking hands. No one likes to shake hands with someone with wet hands. Seed, shake-hand should be systematic. Make sure that all the claws take proper part in it, and only enough weight is given in it. A heavy shake-hand like a half-hearted, unenthusiastic wrestle fight makes the other person aware of our attitude and mindset.

Your formal dress code should be appropriate to the meeting and the occasion. This includes our shoes, socks, belts or any other accessories etc. In everyday office set-up, formal clothes should be of very sober colours, without any kind of print, embroidery or frills.

Second, sports shoes, slippers, slippers, sandals or fancy colored shoes are not appropriate in the office set-up.

In business conversation, it is desirable that both the parties speak the same language. If the person in front does not know English, which we consider to be the language of the upper class, then it is considered unwise to keep speaking only to create an impression and to embarrass the person in front.

At that time, someone is waiting for us in front, keeping in mind that the call should be completed as soon as possible.

If possible, the phone should be on vibrate mode, and if not, then the ringtone on the phone should be sober. Strange sounds of any type of song are considered unwise in ringtone business set-up.

Similarly, in the middle of the meeting, viewing or replying to messages or e-mails should also be avoided.

In offices or in business meetings, when other people are present with us, all the sounds that can come out of our body should be in silent mode only. He should not be given permission for public welfare free movement. We have to try by training ourselves so that our physical sounds do not reach the people around us, and mostly these efforts are successful. So next time, silence please...!

If we cough or sneeze in the presence of others, it cannot be done in silent mode, but it is necessary to cover our face with a handkerchief in order to minimize its effect on the surroundings. If a handkerchief is not possible, then we should cover our face with our hands, so that the people around us do not get sprayed with the spray of our cough or sneeze or else we do not spread our germs openly in the air there.
