Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology is organizing a hands-on workshop on ‘qPCR and Data analysis’ from 20th — 22nd July 2023.
This workshop will provide hands-on exposure to RNA isolation (TriZOL method), cDNA synthesis, qPCR primer designing, experimental design, preparing qPCR mix, set up of qPCR machine (Bio-Rad CFX Opus 96), and data analysis. This workshop will be useful for the participants to develop qPCR-based novel diagnostics kits.
This workshop is planned for Students (UG & PG)/ Research Scholars /Academic Professionals/Industrialists/Scientists and those who are interested in learning qPCR techniques.
