Customer Care / Operation Executive is one of our most pivotal roles in the company. At myBageecha we pride ourselves on being always available for our customers, and this goes a long way of establishing a good relationship with them. We also need someone who can take care of our logistics for timely shipping.
Responsibilities and Duties
The candidate will be responsible for -
• Daily Operation work for dispatching shipments
• Checking for shipment delivery with Fedex
• Handling customer queries on email and call
• Coordinating with our vendors for shipping
• Content and uploading new products for the website
• Shipping for orders received on other websites such as Amazon, Pepperfry etc.
