Animal Husbandry Infrastructure Development Fund (AHIDF)
details

Purpose:-

To establish new and strengthening of existing Dairy processing and Meat processing including Animal Feed Manufacturing units.

Objective:-

To enhance milk processing / meat processing capacity besides making available quality concentrated animals 

Features:-

Type of Facility: Term loan

Margin: 10-25% of the project cost.

Quantum of Loan:

Minimum loan: No ceiling

Maximum loan: No ceiling

Security: As per Bank’s extant guidelines.

Repayment: Repayment period will be ten (10) years including moratorium period of 6 - 24 months.

Interest Subvention - Interest subvention of 3% is provided to all eligible entities.

Interest, Fees & Charges

For Eligible MSME Entities: EBLR + 200 bps.

For Other Eligible Entities: FPOs/ Private companies/ Individual entrepreneurs/ Section 8 companies

Loan up to Rs. 50 lakhs: EBLR +360 bps.

Loan above Rs.50 lakh: As per Bank’s extant guidelines.

Upfront fee : As per Bank’s extant guidelines, are subject to revision by bank from to time.

Up to Rs.2 Cr: CGTMSE for MSM

Credit Guarantee : For MSMEs - 25% of loan limit without ceiling by NABARD

  • Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO)
  • Private companies
  • Individual entrepreneurs
  • Section 8 companies
  • Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME)
 

Document Required:-

  • Application Form
  • Two Passport Size Photographs.
  • ID proof such as Driving License/ Aadhar Card/ Voter Identity Card/ Passport.
  • Address Proof such as voter ID card, Driving License, Aadhar Card.
  • Detailed Project Report (DPR)
  • Original Title Deeds, House/ Property tax payment receipts. Title Investigation Report (TIR) as per Bank’s extant instructions.
  • Any other document as per sanction.
