Role & Responsibilities which shall include but not be limited to:

• Responsible to conduct regular vocational training for Lab Technician Textile's candidates.

• Ensure that all training sessions are held as per the plan and program guidelines.

• Ensure that all the trainees will attend the classes regularly.• Ensure for no dropouts.

• Support mobilization team for quality mobilization.• Support Placement team for placement drive.

• Work closely with Project Team.

• Support in all the Center Activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 20000 to 35000 per month

Qualifications:

• B.tech in Textiles/ Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing/ or Relevant qualification in textiles.(Preferred 1 - 2 years of experience)

• Excellent knowledge of teaching, teaching strategies, and curriculum development.

• Strong understanding of life skills education, including stress management, conflict resolution, communication skills, and parenting skills.

• Ability to develop engaging and effective lesson plans for students of different age groups.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.Language
