Job Description – Analyst Trainee

As an Analyst Trainee at Cognizant, you will work on technology and support tasks like:

• Writing database queries, CRUD operations, and stored procedures.
• Preparing test cases, scripts, and test data for manual and automated testing.
• Analyzing issues and resolving service tickets as per SOPs.
• Using IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools effectively.
• Learning basic coding, testing workflows, and project documentation.
• Understanding table relationships and retrieving data from databases.
• Supporting teams in development, testing, and innovation activities.

Eligibility Criteria for Analyst Trainee

• Graduates from 2023 or 2024 batch.
• Three-year full-time degree: BCA or BSc in CS/IT/Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Statistics/Electronics.
• Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (rounding off not allowed).
• No standing arrears at the time of joining.
• Re-evaluated scores will be considered based on original results.
