Backend Support Staff – Citizens Foundation (Ranchi, Jharkhand)

About the Role
Citizens Foundation is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Support Staff (Health) to assist in the smooth implementation of community-based health projects. The role combines office administration, field coordination, and project support. Candidates with strong communication skills, data handling ability, and willingness to travel for project-related activities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize health project documentation, reports, records, and data management.
- Support the team in coordinating with healthcare workers, field staff, NGOs, and community members.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and reporting on health awareness camps, field visits, surveys, and outreach activities.
- Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Handle office administration tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Be flexible and willing to travel for fieldwork in urban and rural areas.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent). Freshers welcome with working knowledge of computers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong communication skills and typing ability in Hindi and English.
- Must own a personal bike with valid driving license for field mobility.
- Punctual, organized, and a team player.
Location: Ranchi (local candidates only).
