Key Responsibilities – Intern, Accounts Receivable

Monitor accounts daily and ensure timely payments from customers.
Contact clients regarding overdue payments and maintain proper records.
Handle bi-directional correspondence using GLG’s collection system (Lockstep).
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
Coordinate with sales professionals for follow-ups and refunds.
Apply credits to customer accounts.
Support month-end bank closing tasks related to AR.
Assist in preparing Accounts Receivable reports.

Position Requirements

Graduation in Commerce or Accounting.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
