Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communication Expert with 4–5 years of professional experience in designing impactful communication materials such as annual reports, newsletters, brochures, case studies, and other visibility documents. The candidate must also have a strong command over social media communication and branding, supporting organizational communication goals across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and develop high-quality communication materials including:

Annual Reports
-
Brochures & Flyers
-
Newsletters (print & digital)

Case Studies & Success Stories
-
Event Reports & Impact Stories
-

Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with strategic content planning and engagement.

Work with program and field teams to gather stories and data for content development.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication and design outputs.
-
Draft press releases, media kits, and PR materials.
-
Maintain and update website & digital content.
-
Support communication campaigns, donor events, and internal communication.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or related field.

4–5 years’ experience in development communication, graphic design, and content writing.
-
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
-
Strong writing & editing skills in English and Hindi.

Proven experience in social media management & analytics.
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
-
NGO/development sector experience preferred.
