Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an accountant, preferably in a nonprofit organization or similar setting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and standards, preferably including nonprofit accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Tally
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring CLM activities
• Organising working group meetings
• Manage all aspects of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
• Maintain and update the accounting system, ensuring the integrity and security of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with program managers and staff to provide financial analysis and guidance for budget development and monitoring.
