Manage RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) and denial management
-
Use CMS-1500 forms
-
Familiarity with CPTs, Modifiers, and ICD codes

Understand Medicare and Non-Medicare billing guidelines
-
Handle common denial scenarios and ensure proper resolution
-
Follow up on pending claims
-
Maintain quality standards
-
Handle daily denials and complex aged inventory
-
Adhere to SOPs and internal protocols
Education & Skills
-
12th Pass / Graduation or above
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Knowledge of RCM benchmarks and healthcare billing

Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling (Physician Billing)

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software
