    • Female: 1.6 km in 8 min

  • Squats (Uthak Baithak):

    • Male: 20

    • Female: 15

  • Push-Ups:

    • Male: 15

    • Female: 10

  • Bent Knee Sit-Ups:

    • Male: 15

    • Female: 10
