From the dropdown menu, select Reports > State.
Choose your state.
Click on the “Panchayats GP/PS/ZP Login” option.
Click the “Generate Reports” button.
Enter details like State, District, Tehsil, and Panchayat.
Click “R1. Job Card / Registration” option.
Select “Job card/Employment Register”.
The list of job cards will appear on the screen — search for your name.
