Television star Hina Khan surprised fans on Wednesday by announcing her marriage to longtime partner Rocky Jaiswal, sealing their 13-year journey with an intimate wedding ceremony.
Hina shared the news on Instagram with a heartfelt caption and stunning wedding photos, both she and Rocky dressed in elegant pastel outfits that reflected their minimalist style.
"From two different worlds, we built a universe of love... Our union is forever sealed in love and law," she wrote.
A Love Story That Began on Set
Hina and Rocky met on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where she played the lead role and he worked as a supervising producer. Their friendship turned to love, and the couple publicly confirmed their relationship in 2017.
Rocky’s Support Through Hina’s Cancer Battle
Rocky has stood by Hina throughout her battle with Stage 3 breast cancer, which she was diagnosed with in June 2024. She has undergone chemotherapy and immunotherapy and continues to inspire fans with her resilience.

Hina was recently seen in the web series Griha Laxmi, portraying a housewife whose life takes a dark turn into crime and survival.
