Popular television actor Vibhu K Raghave, best remembered for his role as Saurav in the TV series Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, has tragically passed away after a prolonged battle with stage 4 colon cancer. He was reportedly in his late 30s.
Vibhu died late Monday night (June 2) at a hospital in Mumbai, where he had been undergoing treatment. The news of his death was confirmed by his close friend and fellow actor Saumya Tandon, who shared an emotional tribute on Instagram Tuesday morning.
“My beautiful friend Vibhu Raghave with angels now. Left us last night… You were beautiful, inside and out… a real warrior. Even when people gave up hope, you kept going,” wrote Saumya.
A Life of Passion and Resilience
Vibhu had been openly documenting his cancer journey on Instagram since his diagnosis three years ago. His posts reflected courage, positivity, and a desire to raise awareness about the illness. Fans and colleagues from the industry often praised his strength and grace amid adversity.
Aside from Nisha Aur Uske Cousins, Vibhu also appeared in the show Suvreen Guggal – Topper of the Year, among others. Known for his charm and warm personality, his sudden passing has left fans and the television industry heartbroken.
