NEET UG 2025: Provisional Answer Key, OMR Sheets, and Recorded Responses Released

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the provisional answer key, OMR answer sheets, and recorded responses for the NEET UG 2025 exam. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now view and challenge these documents through the official website: neet.nta.nic.in.

Additionally, scanned copies of candidates’ OMR sheets have been sent directly to their registered email IDs provided during the application process.


Key Dates & Challenge Fee

  • Challenge Window: June 3 to June 5, 2025

  • Fee per Question Challenged: ?200 (non-refundable)

  • Last Date for Fee Payment: June 5, 2025 (till 11:50 PM)

  • Mode of Payment: Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking

? Challenges will not be considered without the required fee. Submissions via email, post, or other offline means will be rejected.


Important Points for Candidates

  • A panel of subject experts will review all challenges.

  • If a challenge is accepted, the answer key will be revised, and the final result will be based on it.

  • Individual notifications about the acceptance or rejection of challenges will not be issued.

  • The decision of the NTA is final and binding.


How to Challenge NEET UG 2025 Answer Key

  1. Visit neet.nta.nic.in.

  2. Click “Display OMR Answer Sheet / Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key”.

  3. Log in with your Application Number and Password.

  4. Under the “Correct Option” column, view the NTA's answer.

  5. To challenge, select your preferred option and upload a PDF of supporting evidence.

  6. Click “Save your Claim”, review your selections, then pay ?200 per question.


How to Challenge OMR Sheet / Recorded Response

  1. Log in at neet.nta.nic.in.

  2. Select “OMR Challenge” from the panel.

  3. View your OMR and choose questions to challenge.

  4. Under “Captured Response”, check your marked answer.

  5. Under “Candidate’s Claim”, select the correct one.

  6. Submit the challenge, pay the fee, and download the receipt.
