Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Foundation Activities: Oversee all activities in Karnataka related to the foundation’s mission.
Mobilization: Engage and mobilize beneficiaries for entrepreneurship training programs.
Orientation: Guide aspiring entrepreneurs on training opportunities.
Skills Development: Enhance business, innovation, and empowerment skills of micro-entrepreneurs.
Training Management: Organize and conduct trainings at various locations.
Reporting: Handle data management and report on training outcomes.
Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support to entrepreneurs post-training until they establish their businesses.
Entrepreneurs' Clubs: Facilitate the formation of clubs for continued development.
Government Linkages: Establish connections with government schemes and institutions for the benefit of entrepreneurs.
Promotion: Promote the program across different platforms.
Travel: Serve as a resource person for training events outside the organization.
YouthAid Foundation: Contribute to development work in Bengaluru for the YouthAid Foundation.

Additional Responsibilities:

Submission of weekly work plans, monthly timesheets, and reports on scheduled days.
The selected person will report to the COO of YouthAid Foundation based in Pune.
