About Nand Ghar Project
The Nand Ghar initiative, developed by Vedanta Limited under the Anil Agarwal Foundation, aims to modernize and enhance India's Anganwadi infrastructure. India hosts over 13.7 lakh Anganwadis through the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS), one of the largest government-led social initiatives globally. The Nand Ghar initiative has already developed over 6000 State-of-the-Art modern Anganwadis across India. This integrated model focuses on improving infrastructure, pre-school education, women's skill development, healthcare delivery, and nutrition.
