Earnest Money Deposit (EMD):
- Amount: ?10,000 (Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee in favor of TRI Foundation).
- Exemptions: Firms registered with NSIC/SSI.
- EMD to be submitted to TRI, New Delhi before bid submission deadline.
Bid Submission Requirements:

Technical Bid:
i) Signed & scanned copies of valid registration certificates, experience certificate, PAN, GST registration, and Tender Acceptance Letter.
ii) Technical details (make, model, brochures, write-ups) of all equipment. -
Financial Bid:
To be submitted in a sealed envelope.
Pre-Bid Queries:
- Queries should be emailed to icrrc@trif.in by 11th September 2024 (4 PM).
