Responsibilities:

Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Starbucks' culture and values.

Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customer cues.

Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events, ensuring smooth store operation.

Assist with new partner training by reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful coaching.

Provide feedback to the store manager on partner performance during shifts.

Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing and addressing changes in partner morale and performance.

Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback.

Deliver legendary customer service by prioritizing customer needs and connecting with them.

Develop positive relationships with the shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivations, needs, and concerns.

Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, organizing opening and closing duties.

Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety, and security.

Ensure proper cash management practices are followed by the shift team.

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.

Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments.
