Position: Vocational Training Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Program Development:
  • Conceptualize, design, and run various skills development programs for adolescents and adults with special needs.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead a team of professional teachers and special educators in implementing the programs.
• Strategic Interaction:
  • Provide strategic inputs in interacting with various stakeholders, including parents, donors, and other NGOs, to share the work of the Foundation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of disabilities.
• Good communication skills.
• A degree in Autism, Intellectual Disability, or MSW will be preferable.
