Arrival Time: Be at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts; late entries won't be allowed.
Tutorial Session: Attend the tutorial session if you're new to WCA competitions or unfamiliar with its rules.
ID Verification: First-time participants in WCA competitions need to bring a government ID card for verification.
Volunteering: Participants are expected to volunteer; roles such as judges, scramblers, or runners will be assigned (except for newcomers).

Period: Opened on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 9:00 AM GMT+5:30 and closes on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 9:00 PM GMT+5:30.
Requirements:
- Create a WCA account if you don't have one.
- Associate your WCA ID to your WCA account if this is not your first competition.
- Register for this competition.
Fees:
- Base registration fee: ?400 (Indian Rupee)
- On-the-spot registration fee: ?800 (Indian Rupee)
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted until Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 9:00 PM GMT+5:30.
- Changes to registered events are allowed until Sunday, July 21, 2024, at 9:00 AM GMT+5:30.
- No on-the-spot registrations accepted.
- Spectators allowed only as companions of competitors.
- Competitors may bring up to 2 guests.

First-Time Participants:
1. Sign up on WCA.
2. Register for the competition using the provided link.
3. Pay the registration fees through the specified procedure.
Returning Participants:
1. Sign in using your email used for previous competitions.
2. Register for the competition using the provided link.
3. Complete payment as per the instructions.

Complete registration requires both payment of registration fees and registration on WCA.
Allow up to 48 hours for registration confirmation after payment.
First-time participants must bring a valid government ID proof for verification.
Returning participants should claim their WCA ID if not already claimed.
Communication regarding the competition will be sent to the registered email IDs.
