Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Marketing Strategies:
   • Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands at the regional level.
2. Sales Collaboration:
   • Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
3. BTL Activations:
   • Plan, execute, and measure the results of Below The Line (BTL) marketing activations.
4. Agency Coordination:
   • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure effective brand activation across all touchpoints.
5. Market Monitoring:
   • Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and provide insights on market trends and consumer behavior.
6. Strategic Contribution:
   • Contribute to the company’s overall strategy with input on marketing initiatives and tactics.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience:
   • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
2. Industry Knowledge:
   • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its dynamics.
3. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
4. Technical Skills:
   • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
5. Education:
   • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
