Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: Remote
Shift: Night Shift, US Shift
Pay: 30,000 - 35,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Duties:-

   - Sorting emails about payments.

   - Checking and organizing documents.

   - Reconciling statements from vendors.

   - Updating lists and reports.

   - Assisting managers with tasks.

Experience Needed:-

   - You should have at least 1 year of work experience.

   - Experience with preparing payments and sorting emails is important.

   - You should be familiar with using SharePoint.

   - Working night shifts before is a plus.

Requirements:

• You need your own laptop and a good internet connection.
• Sorting AP Emails (7)
• Review Not Processed Email Folders
• Triaging documents in SharePoint
• Vendor Statement Reconciliation
• Update WCB list in SharePoint
• Prepare Payments in Timberline/PrintBoss
• Prepare Payments in Acumatica
• Download Vendor Invoices ( Lafarge, Home Depot )
• Update Home Depot Invoice Tracker
• Monthly GCPay Report
• Check Requisition Triage
• Assisting Accounts Payable Manager, and Project Accounting Director as required
