Job Description:-
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista and Front Counter Associate to join our team at our bustling coffee cum bakery shop in Sonapur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and non-alcoholic beverages while also managing front counter duties, including billing and overseeing the bakery section.
Responsibilities:-
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.
- Take customer orders efficiently and accurately, providing exceptional service with a friendly attitude.
- Operate cash register and process transactions promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Assist in the bakery section by handling pastry and baked goods orders, ensuring freshness and presentation standards are met.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products and service.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
