Job Description:-
Specific roles and responsibilities of PC:
- l Establish and maintain linkages with the ART centre, ICTC, PPTCT, DOTS, STI clinics, TIS and otherservice providers in the district/region
- l Develop and support the implementation of the weekly and monthly work plan of CSC
- l Support all staff to develop their weekly and monthly work-plan based on programme priorities andtargets
- l Distribute the operational area and clients among the ORWs to ensure optimal outreach services
- l Ensure availability of IEC materials and condoms for distribution at the CSC
- l Undertake occasional field visits with or without the ORW/Peer Counsellor to observe the activities in thefield and provide handholding support
- l Oversee all the M&E activities of the project. Ensure that all the data collected are entered in respectivetools on daily basis and verify them on weekly basis to ensure data quality
- l Provide the CSC Unique Identification Number (UID) to all registered clients after verifying detailscaptured in the Client Registration Form (CRF) and supporting documents
- l Ensure timely preparation and submission of quarterly and monthly reports to SR/DAPCU/ARTC
- l Arrange weekly and monthly meetings with the CSC team to identify the key issues in the project andinitiate the efforts required to address them
- l Ensure action taken report within a month for the action points shared by the SR/PR/SACS or NACOafter their supervisory visits l Lead advocacy, networking and local resource mobilisation activities of theCSC
- l In coordination with the accountant, ensure that the financial transactions and expenditure patterns arein accordance with the approved budget
- l Facilitate visits from NACO, SACS, Donors and other stakeholders
- l Identify the capacity building needs of CSC staff and arrange in-house training
ART-CSC Coordination:
- l Function as the focal-point for ART-CSC Coordination
- l Coordinate all the data sharing activities between the ART centre and CSC
- l After receiving the line list of LFU/MIS cases from ART centre, validate the information received to checkduplications and errors
- l Allocate LFU/MIS tracking assignment to ORWs based on the client location and ORW allocation
- l Collect evidence for each case tracked and validate the same before submitting the track-backinformation with the ART centre
- l Ensure at least 10% outcome of LFU/MIS tracking submitted by the ORW is validated before submittingthe tracker sheet/report to ART centres
- l Ensure LFU/MIS cases tracking details are shared with ART centres on a regular basis
- l Maintain ART-CSC Coordination meeting related documents including meeting minutes duly signed bythe Nodal Officer/SMO/MO of the ART centre
- l Participate in DAPCU and ART coordination meeting to share CSC activities and priorities.
