Job description:-
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive brand awareness
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities in the region
Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and localize marketing campaigns, messaging, and collateral for the regional market
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, advertising, and PR
Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry influencers, and media outlets in the region
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives, support lead generation efforts, and drive revenue growth
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
Provide guidance and support to the local marketing teams in the region, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and adherence to marketing guidelines
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and share knowledge and insights with the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA in Marketing (preferred)
Several years of experience in marketing, with a focus on regional or international marketing
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
Strong understanding of the regional market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances
Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a technology or software industry
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel within the region as required
