Responsibilities:

1.)Assist in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling candidate interviews.

2.)Collaborate with the HR team to post job vacancies on relevant platforms and university career portals.

3.)Maintain accurate records of candidate information.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

1.)Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation programs.

2.)Assist in creating employee profiles in HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.

3.)Contribute to the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and updating employee records accordingly.

HR Administration:

1.)Assist in maintaining and organizing employee files and records.

2.)Support HR document preparation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR policies.

3.)Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR assistance.

Employee Engagement and Events:

1.)Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including planning and organizing employee events.

2.)Collaborate with the HR team to gather employee feedback and assist in implementing recognition programs.

3.)Support internal communication efforts related to HR updates or initiatives.

HR Projects and Research:

1.)Assist in HR research projects, including data collection, benchmarking studies, and analysis of HR metrics.

2.)Contribute to HR projects, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or process improvements.

Requirements:

1.)Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.)Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.

3.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4.)Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

5.)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

6.)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
