Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
- Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Complete closing duties
Candidate Profile:
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcohol.
- Open minded and outgoing personality.
- Good English skills to meet business needs.
- Only Female candidates can apply.
- Applicant should be a Graduate/final year student or result awaited. ( Preference Hotel Management Students )
- Freshers / Work Experience both can apply.
- Age- 18 to 27 Years
