JOB DESCRIPTION:
The IPC officer position is available on a research project supported by CDC USA and led by Johns Hopkins University experts in collaboration with five hospitals in India.
This is a full-time position based in Pune with periodic travel to Mumbai and Delhi.
Qualification: MD Microbiology/ MBBS, preferably previous experience in IPC.
IPC officer responsibilities will include
Oversee infection prevention and control activities at five hospitals that are part of the Antimicrobial Resistance network in India.
Provides information, training, guidance, and support for the prevention and control of infection at designated hospitals.
