Position: Field Program Officer ( 2 Vacancy)

SAFAR is a women’s organization based in Ahmedabad and working for Women’s Empowerment.
We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable and committed Field Program Officer (Woman) to work around issues of Socio-Economic and Civic Empowerment in Maliya Miyana of Morbi District, Gujarat. FPO will be fully responsible to expand & strengthen the Women’s Sangthan. This will be a result-based appointment.
Educational and other qualifications:
Minimum education Graduate with FULL COMPUTER SKILLS.
Minimum 3 years’ experience of working with women
Long term commitment, hardworking spirit and enthusiasm to work for social change.
Two-wheeler driving- with license.
Applicant should have good physical and mental health to concentrate on work.
Understanding on issues of Patriarchy, Gender, inclusion and empowerment necessary.
Preferred languages: Gujarati must. Hindi - English reading, writing & speaking will be appreciated.

Salary: 18,500/- to 22,500/- (As per the qualifications) + Accommodation with electricity and water will be provided by the organization.
