National Technical Lead – Early Childhood Education
A leading national NGO is seeking to hire a senior management resource to manage their education program in multiple states with a specific focus on early childhood education and addressing gender equity. The position requires an in-depth experience on a range of technical aspects including understanding of relevant policies in the centre and states, design of curriculum including ECE, FLN etc.; knowledge and experience of current and evolving pedagogy including those utilizing technology applications; design and conducting learning assessments; supporting program teams on technical aspects; engaging with counterparts in government to provide technical inputs etc. The organization works closely with state governments and the centre to design and implement high impact interventions and the role calls for around 15 plus years of experience preferably in similar programs.
