Anant Fellowship is open to highly committed individuals, keen to take on key architectural, design, planning, and sustainability challenges facing India and the world. Fellows will be working in teams to take up one of these challenges during the duration of the fellowship and employ an interdisciplinary approach to identify solutions that benefit all stakeholder groups. Eligibility The Fellowship is open to students and practitioners from all backgrounds. Preference will be given to professionals from the disciplines of architecture, design, planning, environmental sciences, civil and construction engineering, archaeology, heritage and conservation, and relevant social science disciplines of anthropology, sociology, history, geography, geology and other allied fields. Candidates should have successfully completed their undergraduate degrees from recognised institutions with a sound academic and extra-curricular record Open to both Indian and International Students. Statement of Purpose Required at the time of application submission. The Statement of Purpose is an important part of your admission process and shall be critical in your selection process for the Fellowship. Your SOP must contain your reason for applying to the Anant Fellowship, preparation for this field of study and why the fellowship is a good fit for you. You may indicate a potential area of problem inquiry and/or research interests, professional plans and career goals. Please upload your resume in the online application. Work Sample The work sample is intended for the application reviewers to get a sense of your academic and creative abilities. You can upload your portfolio here. In the absence of a portfolio, a soft copy of your final thesis or any other seminal project or paper you may have written would be considered as a valid Work Sample.
