We collectively track and audit >15 million packages on behalf of our customers every year and this constitutes possibly the largest independent data set of carrier-independent shipment information.

We are excited to offer internship opportunities in our Sales Department to talented and motivated students.

At Lateshipment, we understand the importance of providing real-world experience and hands-on learning opportunities to students. Our Sales Internship program is designed to offer valuable industry exposure, skill development, and mentorship in the dynamic field of sales within the SaaS industry.

We believe that this internship opportunity would be of great interest to students who are pursuing degrees in business, marketing, or related fields and have a keen interest in sales, technology, and customer engagement.

Internship Overview:

• No: of Positions: 2

• Duration: 3 months - 6 months

• Location: Chennai

• Role: Sales Intern

• Stipend: 10,000 per month with placement opportunity for deserving candidates

Qualification:

• Final year MBA/BBA students

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Active listening and problem-solving skills

• Time management and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting: Identifying potential leads and researching target industries and companies to create a list of potential customers.

• Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to engage with potential customers and generate qualified leads.

• Qualifying Leads: Evaluating and qualifying leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as customers and their fit with the company's products or services.

• Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide support in managing sales pipelines, updating CRM systems, and tracking sales activities and progress.

• Customer Relationship Management: Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for the company's products or services.

• Sales Analytics: Assisting in analyzing sales data, metrics, and key performance indicators to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
