Section 1 | Purpose of the Role
To work as a recruiter to form a team comprising of dedicated and caring social workers, care staff, mentor parents and volunteers to achieve the best possible outcomes for children living in ghars – Udayan Care’s children’s residential care programme for orphaned and abandoned children.
Section 2 | Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the whole recruitment process from finding a potential candidate to selecting them.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Roll out offer letters, exit letters, and other financial documents.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Section 3 | Experience & Qualification
6 to 12 months of work experience as a recruiter.
Graduates can apply.
NGO recruitment experience would be a plus point.
